GPT-6 Model Options, Duplicate-Call Fix, and Voice Routing

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna to the OpenAI and Azure OpenAI model options, fixes an edge case that could place duplicate Outbound Campaign calls during worker handoffs, and improves voice-call handling by routing temporary service errors to configured fallback destinations and adjusting Bridge Phrase timing. It also adds billing and usage data to Airbyte data connection feeds for cost reporting.

• Fixed an edge case in Outbound Campaigns where worker handoffs could place duplicate calls, so each scheduled attempt places one call.
