Insights Reports and Experiments Arrive

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform launches Insights Reports and Experiments as two new ways to understand and improve agent behavior. Insights adds a workflow detail experience for reviewing analyzed results and configuration; Experiments lets teams split live traffic across weighted agent variants and read the results by session. It also fixes voicemail delivery for carriers that provide only a brief recording window, so outbound campaigns complete their messages.
