Greeting Playback Fixed for Interrupted and Outbound Calls

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform repairs two behaviors that nobody configured and nobody wanted. A greeting can open with a stretch that deliberately ignores interruptions; speaking over that stretch correctly had no effect on it, but it also stopped the remainder of the greeting from ever playing, and on an outbound call speaking before the agent's first response could drop the greeting altogether. Both now play through as written. Separately, asking the transcripts API for a session that does not exist now returns a clear not-found response rather than an empty transcript, which previously read as a real session in which nothing had been said.

Agents

• Fixed greeting playback so that speaking during a greeting's uninterruptible opening no longer stops the rest of the greeting from playing, and an outbound call no longer drops its greeting when the person speaks before the agent's first response.

Sessions

• Fixed the transcripts API so that a request for a session that does not exist returns a clear not-found response instead of an empty transcript.
