Campaign Scheduling, Prompt Labels and Targeted Insights

Set weekday outreach limits, organize prompts with labels, and choose which sessions or files to analyze.

Published: October 28, 2026

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds weekday campaign controls, prompt labels and label-based Insights targeting, plus manual queueing for past sessions and files. It also improves call transfers, tool-test results and session diagnostics, with clearer errors in agent testing, channels and user APIs, and stronger organization safeguards.

Agents

  • Fixed agent-test requests with missing or null text to return validation errors instead of server errors. Explicit empty messages remain supported.

Campaigns

  • Added weekday-specific outreach windows and daily limits to campaigns so teams can manage pacing directly.

Insights

  • Added agent- and prompt-label conditions to Insights workflows so teams can target agent and transfer sessions without maintaining lists of individual agents or prompts. Prompt labels use the version saved with each session; agent labels use current values.
  • Added manual queueing to active Insights workflows for selected past sessions, uploaded files or folders. File and folder access now requires Insights read permission; administrators must add it to custom roles previously relying on Outbound read alone. Existing matching results may be reused.
  • Updated Insights list queries to honor date filters, with a maximum of 1,000 results per page and offsets up to 100,000 rows. Use narrower date ranges or newest-first ordering when retrieving larger histories.
  • Preserved complete Insight Tool test results in client libraries, including zero and false values, so successful tests retain every returned output.

Sessions

  • Fixed session debugging to return a not-found response when the referenced conversation is missing; this does not recover unavailable history.
  • Fixed transcript and timeline lookups to return not-found responses for nonexistent oversized session identifiers, while preserving support for existing legacy log identifiers.

Prompts

  • Added labels to prompts in the interface and API, including version history and comparisons, so teams can organize prompts and track label changes.
  • Fixed pagination for prompts sorted by model status so unchanged lists return every matching prompt once.

Channels

  • Fixed channel-target lookups, updates and deletions to return validation errors for identifiers outside the supported range instead of server errors.

Telephony Integration

  • Fixed soft fallback transfers to retain the destination channel’s Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) routing settings so calls follow the configured route.
  • Fixed calls ending after unsuccessful REFER-based transfers so another transfer can be attempted.

Organization

  • Fixed API user creation and welcome-email resends so administrators can onboard users without an authentication workaround.
  • Added supported-email-domain validation to organization creation and editing to reject malformed and consumer-provider domains. Existing stored values are not migrated; correct or remove invalid domains before saving an organization in the interface.
  • Required a reason when deleting organizations or custom roles in the interface so deletion records explain why the resource was removed.
  • Fixed user lookups to return validation errors for malformed email addresses instead of server errors.
