Clearer Suborganization Switching and Step Tools Replies

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform makes suborganization switching easier with clearer controls and a readable name in the sidebar. It also fixes a reply error in conversations using Step Tools, so unspoken text does not cause the agent to respond with a generic error.

Agents

• Fixed replies from agents using Step Tools so callers no longer hear a generic response error when a tool submission records text that was never spoken. Empty replies use the normal request-to-repeat response.

Organization

• Improved the suborganization switcher with clearer controls and a display name in the expanded sidebar so users can identify and switch suborganizations more easily.
