Web Search Fallback, Insights Tool Testing, and Prompt Caching

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds a Tester tab for Insights Tools, prompt caching for eligible Insights workflows, an OpenAI fallback when the primary Web Search provider fails, and nonblocking Seed deprecation warnings for Prompt and Insight Tool API users. It also fixes Prompt version comparisons with lifecycle warnings and improves speech and transcripts when pronunciation rules contain pauses.

Insights

• Added prompt caching for eligible Insights workflows so multiple Insight Tools can reuse shared conversation context and reduce repeated input costs.
• Added a Tester tab for Insights Tools so users can validate saved configurations on past sessions or uploaded files without saving an Insight or running a workflow.

Prompts

• Added nonblocking Seed deprecation warnings to Prompt and Insight Tool API responses while continuing to accept existing values.
• Fixed Prompt version comparisons when model lifecycle warnings differ so users can compare configurations without an error.

Tools

• Improved Web Search tools with an OpenAI fallback when the primary provider fails so agents can keep answering from configured website domains.

Telephony

• Fixed pronunciation rules containing pauses so callers hear the intended speech and call transcripts preserve the original wording.
