Voicemail Reliability, Model Warnings, and Sheet Workflow Retirement

Reduced premature voicemail responses, clarified model lifecycle warnings, and retired Sheet workflows while retaining their history.

Published: October 15, 2026

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform improves outbound voicemail timing, SMS agent conversation endings, and SIP transfers. Prompt updates leave Seed unset for new organizations and prevent unsupported Claude temperature settings, while model lifecycle warnings across Prompts, Campaigns, and Insights Workflows help users identify configurations needing attention. Sheet workflows and their retired tools no longer run, with existing configurations and history retained for reference.

Agents

  • Fixed repeated farewell texts in SMS agent conversations with automated responders so that spam-ending hangups stop further replies.

Campaigns

  • Improved turn handling for outbound calls using Deepgram Flux and voicemail detection v2 to reduce premature responses during voicemail and call-screening prompts.

Insights

  • Retired Sheet Insights workflows and Sheet AI/eValidator tools while retaining existing configurations and history for reference. Use supported workflows for future runs.

Prompts

  • Updated default Prompts for newly provisioned organizations to leave Seed unset, avoiding an inherited deprecated setting while preserving existing configurations.
  • Fixed temperature-related request errors for Claude Opus 4.7, Opus 4.8, Opus 5, and Sonnet 5 by omitting unsupported settings. The Prompt editor disables temperature for these models; API clients must omit or clear it when saving Prompts.
  • Improved model lifecycle warnings across Prompts, Campaigns, and Insights Workflows so users can identify configurations needing updates and avoid retired models in new campaigns.

Telephony

  • Fixed transfer-mode header handling for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) calls so they follow the requested transfer mode regardless of header-name capitalization.
