Outbound Greeting Language Fix and Insight Tool Edit Validation

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform fixes the greeting language on outbound calls, so an agent using voicemail detection opens in the language its voice group is configured to start in rather than in English. It also extends insight tool output validation to the edit form, catching formatting mistakes on tools that already exist, and clears the Prompt version field on the new agent form until a prompt has been chosen.

• Added the malformed-output error banner to the insight tool edit form so that formatting mistakes are caught when an existing tool is edited, not just when a new one is created.

• Fixed the Prompt version field on the new agent form so that it stays empty until a prompt is chosen, instead of showing "Latest (auto-upgrade)" before there is a version to apply.
