Claude Opus 5 and Automatic Campaign Call Rates

Agents can now run on Claude Opus 5 and Claude Sonnet 5, outbound campaign batches work out their own hourly call rate, and web search returns faster, better-sourced answers.

Published: August 18, 2026

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds Claude Opus 5 and Claude Sonnet 5 as prompt model options, and introduces a dynamic call rate for outbound campaign batches that paces itself from the batch size and outreach window while keeping retries clear of initial attempts. Web search now answers from the single most relevant page instead of blending every result, and two agent fixes land: saved per-tool configuration stays visible when an agent is reopened for editing, and a silent caller turn on GPT-4.1-mini triggers the no-input follow-up instead of sometimes ending the call early.

Prompts

  • Added Claude Opus 5 and Claude Sonnet 5 as prompt model options so that agents can run on Anthropic's newest model generation instead of only the Claude 4.x line.

Campaigns

  • Added a dynamic call rate for outbound campaign batches so that a batch works out its own hourly pace from its size and outreach window and finishes inside that window without a manual update each day, with a Console toggle to enable it per batch, a batch-level rate that overrides the campaign rate, and retries counted separately from initial attempts so they do not slow the first pass.

Tools

  • Improved the Web Search tool so that agents answer from the single most relevant page instead of a blend of every search result, giving faster and better-sourced answers during a conversation.
  • Fixed step tool event summaries so that a call action shows which tool it invokes, including calls with no arguments.

Agents

  • Fixed the agent edit form so that saved per-tool configuration overrides stay visible when an agent is reopened for editing after cancelling.
  • Fixed silent caller turns on GPT-4.1-mini so that an agent runs its no-input follow-up sequence instead of sometimes ending the call early.
