Agents now leave a longer gap between bridge phrases while waiting on a tool call, and insight tool result sets are validated so formatting mistakes surface immediately instead of failing a workflow run.

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform improves how agents pace bridge phrases during a silent wait, so callers hear fewer filler messages back to back while a tool call completes. It also adds validation to insight tool result sets, so values formatted with line breaks instead of commas are caught with a clear error when the tool is configured rather than failing quietly once the workflow runs.
