Compatible Campaign Sources and Reliable Agent Creation
Campaign setup now offers only channel sources that match your selected mode, and agent creation works immediately in newly created sub-organizations, plus contact alias search and more accurate outbound session timestamps.

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform filters campaign channel sources to those compatible with the selected mode, fixes agent creation in newly created sub-organizations, matches contacts by alias in addition to name, and counts ring time in outbound session timestamps.
Campaigns
- Fixed campaign setup to offer only channel sources compatible with the selected mode, so that an SMS campaign shows only A2P-verified SMS numbers and users no longer hit an unexplained error after picking an incompatible source.
Agents
- Fixed agent creation in newly created sub-organizations, which previously failed, so that new sub-organizations can create and voice-test their agents right away.
Sessions
- Fixed outbound call session timestamps to count ring time so that per-turn offsets and total duration in the Sessions transcript timeline are accurate.
Tools
- Improved contact search so that agents match a doctor by their aliases and nicknames in addition to their listed name, helping callers reach the right contact when they use an informal name.
