Prompt Version Pinning for Agents

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds prompt version pinning for agents, brings DTMF entry and full transcripts to voice testing, adds duplicate and delete actions to Insights workflows, fixes the session IDs returned by the Outbound Batches API, and improves phone number formatting.

Agents

• Added prompt version pinning to Agents so that users can pin an agent to a specific historical prompt configuration or automatically follow the latest version.
• Added DTMF (touch-tone) entry to voice test mode so that users can test IVR menus and touch-tone flows end to end without placing a real phone call.
• Fixed agent voice testing to show the complete conversation transcript, including every caller and agent turn, so that users can review the full exchange while testing.

Insights

• Added a kebab menu to the Insights workflow view so that users can duplicate or delete a workflow directly from its detail view, with deletion gated behind the Insights delete permission.

Campaigns

• Fixed the Outbound Batches API to return valid session IDs so that integrations looking those IDs up in the Sessions API no longer receive 404 errors.

Channels

• Improved phone number formatting across the platform, including national numbers stored without a country code, with clearer tooltips explaining why a number is flagged invalid.
