Voice Group Duplication and Session Highlighting

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds one-click duplication for voice groups, highlights related items across the Sessions transcript and inspect panels on hover, fixes a Responsive Dialogue issue that could repeat a reply, and removes the Enter-key requirement when saving campaign filter rule values.

Voices

• Added voice group duplication so that an existing voice group can be copied from the table or details page and adjusted, instead of rebuilding language and voice settings from scratch.

Sessions

• Added related-item highlighting to the Sessions view so that hovering a transcript turn or an inspect event highlights the related items in the other panel, making conversation details easier to trace.

Channels

• Fixed a Responsive Dialogue issue where the agent could send the same reply twice so that responses are no longer duplicated.

Campaigns

• Removed the Enter-key requirement when saving a string value in the campaign filter rules editor so that filter values save directly.
