New Languages, Session Direction, and Bridge Phrase Timing
Arabic, French, Japanese, and Nepali language support, inbound and outbound Session Direction labels, Campaign list deduplication, Responsive Dialogue bridge phrase timing, and tool version comment fixes.
v26.6.9
Published: June 9, 2026
This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds four languages, inbound and outbound labels on Sessions, fixes duplicate Campaign list entries when one number has voice and SMS targets, improves tool version comments, and adds bridge phrase timing control for Responsive Dialogue.
Voices
- Added support for Arabic, French, Japanese, and Nepali in Voices so agents can converse in those languages across voice and chat.
- Added a
smart_turn_timeout_secondssetting to Responsive Dialogue bridge phrase configuration in API so builders can control when bridge phrases begin during caller silence for a more responsive call experience.
Sessions
- Added a Session Direction filter and Inbound/Outbound labels to the Sessions list and detail views so users can quickly identify and narrow sessions by whether a call was inbound or outbound.
Campaigns
- Fixed the Campaigns list showing duplicate entries when a phone number had both voice and SMS channel targets so each campaign appears exactly once.
Tools
- Fixed tool version comments so a new version no longer inherits comments from the prior version when the editor saves without entering a comment.
