This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform launches a redesigned Sessions page with a full session timeline and review-feedback polish, fixes a bug that was blocking agent creation, adds a Responsive Dialogue toggle for voice-mode agent testing, and adds temperature validation to the Prompt Update API for GPT-5-family models.

Sessions

  • Launched a redesigned Sessions page combining a full transcript, an event inspector for tool, LLM, TTS, and STT calls with latencies and color-coded chips, a combined recording player, an inbound/outbound indicator, click-to-expand tool details, and previous/next navigation, so users can review a session's conversation, behavior, and recording in one consolidated view.
  • Added a confirmation toast when copying a session link so users know the link was copied successfully.
  • Fixed an issue causing call transcripts to inaccurately reflect the call audio, so transcripts are now more accurate.

Agents

  • Fixed a channel-configuration issue that caused agent creation to fail with a 404 error in some organizations, so agent creation now works reliably everywhere.
  • Added a "Use Responsive Dialogue" toggle to voice-mode agent testing so users can preview Responsive Dialogue behavior without setting up a separate test call.
  • Removed flag icons from Languages in Agents, Voice Groups, and Phrases to avoid associating languages with specific countries.

Channels

  • Fixed language switching via the DTMF menu so it now works correctly in SMS conversations and the platform's test chat.

Prompts

  • Added validation to the Prompt Update API so temperature can no longer be set for GPT-5 family models.

Tools

  • Added a step-by-step tutorial link to the Step Tools editor so users can learn how to build step tools more easily.
  • Moved step-tool editing directly onto the diagram, letting users drag to reorder, connect, and delete steps, with the diagram tucked into a collapsible panel that stays out of the way until needed.

Insights

  • Fixed an issue causing some Insights runs to fail with a serialization error so Insights complete reliably.
