Agent Labels, Bridge Phrase Delay, and A2P Compliance

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform adds label suggestions to the Agents field, a Bridge Phrase Delay setting, A2P compliance verification for SMS channel targets, Step Tools autocomplete, a Messages agent filter, line-type filtering for outbound campaigns, an Insights permissions fix, conversation history ordering for Responsive Dialogue, and default resources for new sub-organizations.

Agents

• Improved the Agents labels field and filter to show all available labels as suggestions so users can discover and apply existing labels without needing to know them in advance.

Voices

• Added a configurable Bridge Phrase Delay in the Phrases UI so users can control how quickly agents deliver bridge phrases when responses are slow.
• Fixed replayed language-switch greetings to preserve the uninterruptible disclaimer and interruptible default messages so callers hear the correct greeting behavior after switching languages.

Channels

• Extended A2P compliance verification to SMS Channel targets and made the unverified status badge clickable so users can retry verification without navigating away from the target detail view.
• Fixed Responsive Dialogue to order conversation history by timestamp before passing to the LLM so agent responses reflect the correct sequence of the conversation.

Campaigns

• Fixed SMS Outbound Campaign source picker to include both A2P-verified voice numbers and dedicated SMS targets as valid sources so users can select the correct phone number when configuring an SMS campaign.
• Added mobile and landline line-type filtering for Outbound Campaigns so users can target calls by phone line type.

Tools

• Improved Step Tools autocomplete to suggest tool names and functions so builders can configure step tools faster with fewer errors.

Messages

• Added a select agent filter to Messages so users can view which messages are configured to the filtered agents.

Insights

• Fixed Insights tool permissions so users can edit configurations without requiring separate prompt-read access.

Organization

• Updated sub-organization creation in the UI to properly load with the default resources so all users start with a consistent baseline configuration.
