Embeddable Web Chat and Multi-Agent Session Filtering

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform introduces an embeddable mode for Syllable Web Chat, broader filtering on the Sessions list, and a Responsive Dialogue fix for agent-initiated calls.

Channel Manager

  • Launched an embed_mode option for Syllable Web Chat so the chat experience can be embedded inside a custom window or page layout without competing chrome.

Console

  • Enabled filtering sessions by multiple agent IDs so users can review activity across several agents at once.

Conversation Manager

  • Fixed a Responsive Dialogue issue affecting agents with the agent-initiated setting enabled, where callers could not switch language at the start of the conversation and the agent occasionally talked to itself.
