Faster Session List and DTMF Greeting Fix

This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform speeds up Session List responses, adds outbound vs. inbound visibility to the Sessions API, and fixes a DTMF handling issue that affected callers responding to greeting and language menus.

Console

• Improved Session List performance by batching prompt version resolution into a single query so that listing sessions returns faster when many rows need prompt metadata.
• Added an is_outbound flag to Sessions API responses so users can distinguish outbound from inbound sessions in reporting and troubleshooting.

Conversation Manager

• Fixed DTMF input on greeting and language menus so callers can respond to a greeting question instead of being cut off after a single digit.
