This week's update to the Syllable Agentic Platform streamlines the Campaigns form so Caller ID only appears where it applies, and makes mid-session language switching easier in Agent test across both voice and chat.

Campaigns

  • Streamlined Campaigns setup so the Caller ID field is only shown and saved for voice campaigns, keeping non-voice campaign forms focused on the fields that apply.

Agents

  • Improved Agent test so users can switch language mid-session in both voice and chat tests.
