Webhook Support for Campaigns and Enhanced Authentication

New webhook configuration for campaigns, Big Query data exports, clearer authentication guidance, and more accurate telephony usage tracking.

This update introduces webhook configuration support for automated outreach and expands data export capabilities to Big Query from the agentic platform. We've also improved the login experience with clearer error guidance and implemented more precise usage tracking for inbound calls and transfers to ensure transparent billing.
