Language Switch Greetings and Campaign Webhook Updates
Greetings now repeat automatically when callers switch languages, plus manual editing of Campaign webhook security secrets, fixed Step Tools reordering, and a cleaner Agent configuration interface.

This update enables greetings to automatically repeat when a caller switches languages for a more seamless experience. We also improved Campaign management by allowing manual edits to webhook security secrets and fixed reordering issues within Step Tools.
Console
- Improved campaigns configuration to allow manual editing of security secrets (HMAC) and added a warning that webhook settings do not carry over when duplicating a campaign
- Fixed an issue in Step Tools where dragging items downward caused incorrect ordering, ensuring steps can now be placed accurately at the end of a list
- Added a "Repeat Greeting When Language Changes" option for messages so that callers hear the initial greeting again in their newly selected language
- Updated agent configuration to hide Speech-to-Text and busy sound settings within a collapsible section for a cleaner interface
