Improved communication flexibility by launching multi-language support for Responsive Dialogue and introducing a specialized tool for agents to leave scripted messages on voicemail systems. This update also adds the ability to download pronunciation previews and streamlines campaign management with enhanced email validation.

Conversation Manager

• Improved multi-language support in Responsive Dialogue to enable natural, low-latency conversations in Spanish and Hindi using Deepgram Flux instead of Google's Speech-to-Text technology

Tools

• Added the Leave Voicemail tool for outbound calls so that agents can deliver a scripted message after a voicemail is detected and end the call automatically

Console

• Fixed an issue where outbound campaigns could not be deleted from the management interface
• Added email address validation and formatting for campaign targets to ensure invalid addresses are caught immediately and valid ones are stored in a consistent format
• Added a download button for voice pronunciations so that users can save and review how specific words or names are spoken by different voices
