  • Launched new LLMs for Anthropic's Claude Haiku 4.5, Sonnet 4.6, and Opus 4.6 to support advanced prompts.

Conversation Manager

  • Launched a new LLM voicemail detection service which detects the transfer legs of voicemail calls.

Channel Manager

  • Added audible beeps to call recordings to indicate that touch-tone keys were selected by an agent for better audit trails.
  • Improved call quality by enabling "Text-Based Echo Cancellation" to detect and flag audio echoes on channels.
