API Manager

Channel Manager

  • Enabled Responsive Dialogue by default for all new telephony Channels to ensure high-quality, low-latency natural interactions.
  • Improved Responsive Dialogue responsiveness to keypad (DTMF) inputs, ensuring callers can switch languages or reach operators more reliably.
  • Implemented "soft fallbacks" within the Responsive Dialogue engine to maintain conversation stability even if external AI services experience a temporary delay.
  • Fixed an issue in Responsive Dialogue where high-volume interactions could cause messaging loops, ensuring more consistent conversation flows.

Console

  • Enhanced the Prompt Editor to prevent text from being automatically turned into links, ensuring your Prompts remain clean and variables stay functional.
  • Improved copy-paste compatibility between Google Docs and the Console, preserving your backtick variable notation (e.g., Current Date Time).
  • Updated a session status breakdown for Campaigns, allowing users to quickly see the success rate of every message sent.
  • Added support for Insights workflows to run on SMS conversations, providing the same level of data analysis for text as you have for voice.
