Weekly Release: Email Templates and Natural Voice Greetings

This update introduces a new HTML/CSS editor for creating branded email templates directly within the platform. We have also refined our Responsive Dialogue bridge phrases for more natural voice interactions and launched a new command-line tool to streamline developer workflows for those using AI-assisted coding environments.

Channel Manager

  • Updated English bridge phrases for Responsive Dialogue to clearer, sentence-style wording to ensure voice interactions sound more natural and professional.

  • Launched email as a new channel, along with Email Templates and Email Campaigns, which enable users to create, edit, and preview HTML-based email content for their email campaigns.
