Weekly Release: Responsive Dialogue & Campaign Improvements
This update features significant improvements to Responsive Dialogue for more natural turn-taking. We have also standardized campaign status tracking with the updated COMPLETED variable to ensure consistent reporting across all communication channels.

API Manager
Standardized the outreach status variable from CALL_COMPLETED to COMPLETED to ensure consistent tracking across all campaign types (voice, SMS, email).
Added support for variable substitution in SMS messages to ensure personalized data like names or dates are correctly populated.
