Weekly Release: Responsive Dialogue & Campaign Improvements

This update features significant improvements to Responsive Dialogue for more natural turn-taking. We have also standardized campaign status tracking with the updated COMPLETED variable to ensure consistent reporting across all communication channels.

API Manager

  • Standardized the outreach status variable from CALL_COMPLETED to COMPLETED to ensure consistent tracking across all campaign types (voice, SMS, email).

  • Added support for variable substitution in SMS messages to ensure personalized data like names or dates are correctly populated.

Channel Manager

  • Launched Responsive Dialogue turn-taking to reduce interruptions and ensure more natural sessions.

Conversation Manager

  • Added contact type details to tool results so that users can distinguish between providers, departments, and operators when using the transfer tool.

Console

  • Fixed an issue where channel names would not save correctly after being edited.

  • Ensured organization logos update immediately by improving how the system handles organization logo uploads.

  • Fixed session-end tools to correctly inherit static parameters from the agent configuration. This ensures that post-session automations (like spreadsheet updates) receive your predefined data.
