Conversation Manager

  • Launched a "Hold" tool that allows automated assistants to wait patiently when a user asks them to stay on the line.

  • Launched optional “no greeting” so outbound agents can immediately respond to a user’s initial greeting.

  • Reduced response delays for outbound calls using voicemail detection to ensure agents respond instantly to the recipient.

  • Resolved a voice synchronization issue for agents without a greeting to ensure the correct voice is used.

  • Fixed a bug to ensure agents correctly deliver a single message before hanging up.
