Minor Update: DTMF Detection & Language Localization

This update improves the workspace experience by maximizing screen space and enhances caller interactions with localized automated phrases. We’ve also refined telephony reliability to ensure clear messages and accurate DTMF touch-tone detection during Responsive Dialog conversations.

Channel Manager

  • Fixed occasional issue with DTMF detection when using Responsive Dialog.

  • Fixed a bug in voicemail transcripts to ensure the greeting only appears once.

Conversation Manager

  • Added support for language-aware phrases so that "please wait" messages automatically match the caller's selected language (e.g., Spanish).

Console

  • Updated dashboards to automatically collapse the filter sidebar, providing a cleaner and more focused workspace.
