Conversation Manager

  • Makes messages optional for agents, which is better suitable for outbound agents
  • Adds support for sectioning messages into an uninterruptible part to be followed by a section that is interruptible
  • Fixed bug where session end tools ignored a tool's static parameters
  • Fixed bug that prevented users from disabling voicemail detection
  • Fixed bug on outbound calls where agents offering multiple languages weren't switching to the other languages

Console

  • Adds pop-up notification after pressing "Copy URL" button in Sessions to indicate that the URL has been copied
  • Fixed links to documentation in Agents, Directory, Data Sources, Tools, and Voices
  • Fixed bug on Insight Workflows edit page linking to assigned insight tools
  • Fixed bug when using "not" conditions in Directory that prevented converting 24-hour time format to AM/PM
  • Fixed bug preventing users for updating a SIP channel's telephony configuration parameters
