API Manager

  • Added support for storing encrypted information for basic, bearer, or custom header authorization on a service, which will be used by all tools linked to that service.
  • Improved usability by making the organization domain an optional field in the SDK.
  • Fixed an issue where a user could not update or add authorization if a service was created without one configured originally.
  • Returned the org logo image URL from the organization's API instead of the image as a base64-encoded string.
  • Resolved an issue to make it easier for users to set access tokens for trial organizations by moving Shopify placeholder authorization from service to agent tool headers.

Channel Manager

  • Introduced a new way of doing voicemail detection that utilizes LLM queries, eliminating the need for Twilio's programmable voice product and enabling outbound calls via SIP.
  • Updated a SIP header for outbound calls that is used by the customers to match the caller number with patient info, while not impacting the caller's experience in a way.

Console

  • Added organization profile and logo, and ability to create orgs.
  • Updated the organization role permission edit page to vertically center text with the checkbox options.
  • Improved the UI for the console's user and role deletion dialog with additional text spacing and new text for the delete button.
  • Updated Organization links and profile tab.
  • Fixed an issue to support showing in agent preview multiple cards instead of just the first one.

Marketing Website

  • Updated the marketing website voice demo icons and added in mute user functionality.
