Enhanced Voice Support, Usability Improvements, and New Conversation Options - July Update
This release brings a range of enhancements and fixes to improve performance and usability. The API Manager now supports Google Chirp 3 HD voices for Mandarin. Connection Manager addresses degraded speech-to-text performance by introducing a fallback mechanism after repeated errors. Conversation Manager adds an option to propagate tool results for advanced client handling with LLM interactions. The Console sees multiple usability improvements, including filter persistence on list pages, improved prompts and error messages, enhanced card views in Web Chat and Agent previews, a clearer permissions table, updated user table sorting and labeling, and a new feature for Admins to resend invites to pending users.

API Manager
Fixed an issue with Google Chirp 3 HD voices for Mandarin.
Connection Manager
Fixed an issue with STT degraded performance by inducing a soft fallback after two consecutive transcription errors occurred during a call.
Conversation Manager
Added a new option options.propagate_tool_result to the tool definition to pass a response back to the calling system for special handling by the client when interacting with the LLM.
Console
Added support to Console UI to allow for “saving” last filters set in the list pages within an organization.
Updated organization settings UI prompt dialog to improve usability.
Added support to display card view in Web Chat and Agent preview based on tool response.
Improved readability of the Console role permissions table by right-aligning the column data.
Added a toast error message if there is failure to retrieve a voice sample in the Console language groups page.
Updated organization settings in the users table filter to have the label ‘User’, and to sort the users list page by last updated timestamp by default.
Added a new feature to allow Admins to resend the email invite to users that have not logged into the organization.
Addressed several usability issues, including those related to application loading, hyperlink rendering, text formatting, and navigation bar selection.
