Release Notes for API Manager Updates, Console Improvements, and Tools Fixes

This release introduces organization and logo management via the SDK, expanded permissions details, and improved user-role assignment flexibility in the API Manager. User filtering and sorting options have been broadened, and key bugs with role assignment have been fixed. The Console now displays agent lists in message details, allows Insight Tool Version edits, and supports Farsi voice sampling. Tools updates include improvements to Insights backfill, Outbounds campaign deletion, and full support for custom HTTP headers in agent configurations.

API Manager

  • Added the ability to manage organizations and their logos via the SDK.

  • Updated permissions list endpoint to include additional information about permission groups and display names.

  • Added the ability to assign existing users to a new role when deleting role to which they are assigned.

  • Added role name to responses from users API endpoint.

  • Added options to filter users list in SDK on email, first name, and last name simultaneously.

  • Added "last_updated" as a sort option for users list API endpoint.

  • Fixed an issue with assigning certain roles to users as part of user creation/update.

Console

  • Added agent list to Messages detail view in Console.

  • Enabled modifiable Insight Tool Version input field in Console.

  • Fixed an issue to allow Farsi to be voice sampled in Console.

Tools

  • Insights - Fixed an issue with Insight backfill to properly run on a sampled set of sessions or files.

  • Outbounds - Fixed an issue where campaigns could not be deleted even if all associated batches failed, expired, or canceled.

  • Fixed the tool HTTP header handling to allow all user-defined headers to be passed to external HTTP tools, enabling the setting of an authorization header in the agent configuration.
