Improved Stability, Enhanced Session Controls, and Better Usability Across the Platform

This release delivers stability improvements, expanded session configuration options, and enhanced usability. In the API Manager, issues were resolved where key-value pairs were unintentionally removed from directory member extensions, rules, and contact tags when passed through the SDK. Channel Manager now supports selecting a session_end_tool to automatically run at the end of a session when configured in prompts. The Console interface is more user-friendly with a new “Labels” column added to the Campaigns table, along with a fix for a SAML error during organization detail edits. Tools now include a Markdown-rich text editor for prompt formatting, and Insights gains improved transcription with a new Deepgram option.
