API Manager

  • Fixed an issue where key-value pairs were mistakenly removed from directory member extensions and rules when passed via the SDK.
  • Fixed another issue where key-value pairs were removed from directory member contact tags when passed via the SDK.

Channel Manager

  • Added support to allow users to select a session_end_tool to be invoked at the end of a session when properly configured in a prompt.

Console

  • Improved usability by adding a "Labels" column to the Campaigns table.

Tools

  • Enabled Markdown rich text editor for prompt formatting.
  • Fixed a bug that resulted in a SAML error when editing an organization's details.
  • Insights - Improved transcription by adding Deepgram transcriber option in addition to Google STT models for Insights.
