Conversation Manager, Console, and Insights Updates: Voice Preview, Smarter Workflows, and TTS Enhancements

This release stabilizes conversations and elevates Console and Insights. Conversation Manager resolves an SMS issue where transcriptions retried after activating an Agent tool. Console adds Voice Preview alongside Chat, campaign retry fields, and a streamlined workflow UI that shows source‑relevant details, including immediate queueing for Sheet workflows. We fixed Voice‑mode campaign validation when voicemail fields were unchanged, moved and rebranded Workflows as Insights, added pronunciation overrides, ensured agent label edits save, and preserved newline characters in chat transcripts. Tools let Voice campaigns set voicemail detection parameters and improve TTS by comma‑formatting phone numbers. Insights gains Google Sheets as a source.

Conversation Manager

  • Fixed an issue in SMS sessions where the session transcription would enter a retry loop when the user activated an Agent tool.

Console

  • Enhanced usability by adding agent Voice Preview alongside Chat Preview.
