Conversation Manager

  • Fixed an issue in SMS sessions where the session transcription would enter a retry loop when the user activated an Agent tool.

Console

  • Enhanced usability by adding agent Voice Preview alongside Chat Preview.
  • Added campaign retry fields in the Console UI.
  • Streamlined workflow UI by showing only information relevant to their source type and by including an immediate queueing option upon activation in sheet workflows.
  • Resolved a form validation problem encountered when creating a new campaign in Voice mode, specifically when the voicemail detection fields were not modified.
  • Moved and rebranded Workflows as Insights within the console.
  • Added a feature in Console to support pronunciation overrides.
  • Fixed a bug to allow labels to be saved when editing agents.
  • Fixed an issue by preserving newline characters in the transcriptions of the chat conversations.

Tools

  • Enabled Voice campaigns to set voicemail detection parameters.
  • Enhanced agent communication by adding commas to phone number text to enable the text-to-speech (TTS) systems to read them out more naturally.
  • Insights - Added Google Sheets as a source for the Insight Workflows.
