API Manager
- Added Voice Groups to the Syllable API and deprecated Language Groups.
- Added upload_file_metadata field to the insights list API response.
- Added support for passing a comment when creating a prompt via the SDK.
- Added support for managing incident reports in the SDK.
Tools
- Resolved a session initiation issue by updating the Google Chat endpoint URL.
- Fixed an issue in the SDK endpoint to correctly sort by service_name and updated_at fields and properly display the tool list in the console.
- Added SMS inbound/outbound support, including capability to add different providers for SMS/Voice modes.
