Weekly Release: API Manager Enhancements and Tools Updates

This week delivers enhancements across API Manager and Tools. The Syllable API now supports Voice Groups while deprecating Language Groups. Insights list responses include an upload_file_metadata field. The SDK adds the ability to pass a comment when creating prompts and to manage incident reports. Tools reliability improves with a fix to session initiation by updating the Google Chat endpoint URL. We corrected SDK endpoint sorting by service_name and updated_at and improved console tool list display. Messaging expands with SMS inbound and outbound support, plus a framework to add different providers for SMS and Voice modes.
