Channel Manager

  • Modified handling of inbound calls to only contain agent channel recordings and no user audio.
  • Fixed an issue with voicemail detection to make the invocation of check_voicemail tool more deterministic on outbound call starts-deleting the tool from the database to ensure consistent behavior.

Console

  • Updated the Console prompt UI to allow triggering session_end tool.
  • Fixed the Console Workflow edit form to show the appropriate dropdown based on the correct workflow type.
  • Improved the UI for agents list page to now show voice channels first if agents have multiple attached channels.
  • Removed empty label tags in the Console Agent list page.
  • Improved the user experience by showing the Terms and Conditions confirmation window after user login.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the user from resending the invite to organization via Resend button in popover.
