Channel Manager and Console Updates: Cleaner Call Recordings, Deterministic Voicemail, and UI Improvements

This release refines call handling and improves the usability of the Console. In Channel Manager, inbound calls now include only agent-channel recordings, omitting user audio for cleaner, compliant archives. Voicemail detection is more deterministic—check_voicemail is reliably invoked on outbound call start by clearing legacy tool entries. In Console, the prompt UI can now trigger the session_end tool, and the Workflow editor shows the correct dropdown per workflow type. The Agents list prioritizes voice channels and removes empty labels. After login, users now see a Terms & Conditions confirmation. We also fixed an issue preventing organization invite resends from the popover.

Channel Manager

  • Modified handling of inbound calls to only contain agent channel recordings and no user audio.

  • Fixed an issue with voicemail detection to make the invocation of check_voicemail tool more deterministic on outbound call starts–deleting the tool from the database to ensure consistent behavior.

Console

  • Updated the Console prompt UI to allow triggering session_end tool.

  • Fixed the Console Workflow edit form to show the appropriate dropdown based on the correct workflow type.

  • Improved the UI for agents list page to now show voice channels first if agents have multiple attached channels.

  • Removed empty label tags in the Console Agent list page.

  • Improved the user experience by showing the Terms and Conditions confirmation window after user login.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented the user from resending the invite to organization via Resend button in popover.
