Console and Conversation Manager Updates

Console improvements. Conversation Manager enhancements. Bug fixes.

Console

  • Added Insights tools and workflows to the console.
  • Added the ability to sample voice and change voice pitch and speed in the console.
  • Fixed an issue with voice sample endpoint response.

Tools

  • Insights - Improved Insights by prioritizing live calls over backfill calls to ensure that time-sensitive evaluations like outbound call outcomes are never blocked by a large backfill.
  • Insights - Added exact name match filter to list endpoints for Insights tools, workflows, and upload folders.
  • Insights - Fixed an issue where some Insights data did not accurately reflect the creation or update times.
  • Outbounds - Added delete endpoint for outbound campaigns in the SDK.
  • Outbounds - Added formatting and validation to outbound target phone numbers (both batch and individual queued call requests) so that if a phone number is not at least 10 digits (country code defaults to +1 if not included), the request will be marked INVALID but the batch will still be loaded.

API Manager

  • Removed the ability to delete or edit Webchat channel targets generated by the agent test endpoint from the API.
