Enhanced Channel Filtering, Voicemail Detection for Outbound Campaigns, and Key Bug Fixes

This week’s release introduces a new filter for channel listings and enables advanced voicemail detection for outbound campaigns, allowing automatic message delivery when calls reach voicemail. Additional improvements include fixes for voice sample endpoint responses, correct agent variable substitution in debug console greetings, expanded token limits for data sources, and updated default campaign values in outbound tools for greater flexibility.

API Manager

  • Added ‘name_exact’ filter for channels list endpoint.

  • Fixed an issue with voice sample endpoint response.

Channel Manager

  • Enabled a voicemail detection feature for outbound campaigns, allowing the system to automatically leave a message when a call is answered by voicemail instead of a live person.

Console

  • Fixed an issue where agent variables were not substituted into greetings when using the debug console.

Tools

  • General Info - Fixed an issue where the data sources were limited to 8k tokens in length.

  • Outbounds - Modified campaign default values for days of the week and rate per hour.
