Tools, Console, and Channel Manager: Enhancements and Bug Fixes

This update introduces Contacts v2.1 for faster contact matching and new features for agent tools, including a test datetime variable and additional headers. Console improvements include better loading performance, trial dashboards, session duration display, and enhanced handling of transcripts and prompts. Channels now support sorting by last-updated, and the Agent Manager benefits from transcription logging and faster loading. Additionally, the Channel Manager fixes organization identification issues and enhances target endpoints.

Tools
  • Contacts - Contacts v2.1 is now available, significantly improving the speed of contact matching.

  • Agent tools now support a specified date/time when chatting to test specific messages. You can do so using the new session variable: vars.session.test.datetime which can be set in the agent to override the current datetime.

  • All tools now get x-source and x-target, typically the caller and called ID respectively. 

Console
  • Dashboards 

    • Improved loading performance.

    • Trial dashboards are now available.

  • Sessions

    • Improved loading performance, especially when filtering.

    • Added session duration.

    • Enabled display of transcripts for the test chats.

  • Prompts

    • Duplicating a prompt now leads directly to the edit screen.

    • “Summary” and “Hangup” tools now automatically add to every prompt upon creation.

    • Fixed bug where “View All” button doesn't show if a large number of agents are attached to the same prompt.

    • Fixed bug when removing or switching agents from prompts screen.

  • Channels - You can now sort by last-updated!

  • Agent Manager - Added transcription logging for agent test chats.

  • Agent Manager - Improved loading performance of agents screen.

Conversation Manager
  • Fixed edge case handling some HTML tags.

  • Enhanced headers for external tool calls.

Channel Manager
  • Fixed a bug where organizations were not properly identified if the channel was not mapped to an agent.

  • Enhanced channel target endpoints.
