API Manager

• Added API endpoints for Session Debug-providing debug information for specific sessions.

Conversation Manager

• Variable substitution in the prompt and greeting will remain fixed for the entire conversation.
• Fixed an issue that occurred when changing to a non-English language in agents using the Google Gemini model.

Console

• Improved console permission by using generated IDs in the URL to indicate the specific organization the pages are linked to.
• Fixed a bug where 'Keyboard 2' busy sound was not matching caller experience.
• Enabled users with appropriate permission to see a button and download session recordings in the audio player.
• Selecting a new session will reset the Transcript / Inspect Tool tab state so that users will always start on the Transcript tab.

Tools

• Contacts - Fixed contacts business hours rules to support single day-of-week format in addition to a day range.
• Removed validation of the phone number format from the Directory Members UI in the console and Syllable API.
