Conversation Manager

  • Fixed an issue that occurred when changing to a non-English language in agents using the Google Gemini model.
  • Variable substitution in the prompt and greeting will remain fixed for the entire conversation.

Console

  • Agent Types - Added agent type for voice and webchat in console.
  • Updated the display of console session time to match the agent's timezone.
  • Fixed a bug to return an error and prevent deleting an in-use tool.
