Conversation Manager

Fixed an issue that occurred when changing to a non-English language in agents using the Google Gemini model.
Variable substitution in the prompt and greeting will remain fixed for the entire conversation.

Console

Agent Types - Added agent type for voice and webchat in console.
Updated the display of console session time to match the agent's timezone.
Fixed a bug to return an error and prevent deleting an in-use tool.
