Enhanced Performance, Validation, and Data Management: Key Updates in Latest Release
Our latest release brings key enhancements across API Manager, Console, Conversation Manager, and Tools. API Manager now supports language groups and an agent STT provider field. Console removes HTML tags from Webchat and voice messages, while Conversation Manager improves LLM data sharing and deprecates certain HTTP headers. Tools now feature better contact validation, case-sensitive name search, and faster tool fetching, with stricter validation for data integrity. These updates enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.

API Manager

Fixed an issue with overriding agent-level tool static parameters when switching agents.
Improvement to ensure tools have a valid default data source static parameter value that points to an existing data source.
