API Manager
- Added language groups and agent STT provider field to the SDK.
Console
- Removed HTML tags from Webchat and voice messages.
Conversation Manager
- Increased efficiency of data shared to LLM from conversation manager
- Deprecated a few HTTP header names that were passed to external tools.
Tools
- Contacts - Improved Directory Members API to validate a contact's phone number when creating or updating a contact entry.
- Added support to agents list endpoint for case-sensitive exact name search matching.
- Language Groups - Prevented language group create/update from having more than one voice for the same language.
- Fixed an issue to prevent tools from being deleted if linked to a prompt.
- SDK Response - Omits tools that have been deleted and/or unlinked
- Improved the performance of fetching a list of tools.
- Fixed an issue with the endpoint type on tool create and update.
- Fixed an issue with overriding agent-level tool static parameters when switching agents.
- Improvement to ensure tools have a valid default data source static parameter value that points to an existing data source.
