Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Senior Manager you will be responsible for the success of our automation and AI healthcare solutions at customer sites, as well as managing our relationship with these customers. You will be a cross functional and integral part of the customer facing team that helps translate our solutions into reality. You will own the customer relationship and be responsible for continuing to drive value for the customer through the ongoing optimization and expansion of our solutions.


Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to a team that consistently delivers on schedule and quality from kick-off to production
  • Program management
  • Resolve customer roadblocks
  • Ensure project and implementation best practices
  • Deliver your knowledge of Syllable’s solutions to customers
  • Primary point of contact for customers
  • Conduct customer knowledge transfers
  • Support the customer through the Syllable solution lifecycle
  • Deliver on optimization and expansion of Syllable solutions deployed
  • Report to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Manage projects in partnership with Product Development

Requirements

  • Healthcare experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Capable of wearing multiple hats
  • Strategic thinking
  • Experience engaging and cultivating organizational executive and leader relationships
  • Experience leading projects (5+ years)
  • Comfortable working in the grey
  • Experience in the translation of business workflows
  • Experience with software for, and powered by, large datasets
  • Travel up to 50% post COVID-19 restrictions
  • Great to have one or more of:
    • Experience with HIPAA compliant healthcare software
    • Experience with telephony systems
    • Experience with conversational AI
    • Experience in implementing modern cloud-based applications
    • Experience using SQL
    • 3-5 years experience in program management
    • PMP certification or equivalent
