Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist you will be responsible for working with the Customer Success Lead to deploy and maintain our automation and AI healthcare solutions at health systems. You will be a cross functional and integral part of the customer facing team that helps translate our solutions into reality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to a team that consistently delivers on schedule with high quality from kick-off through production
  • Share your knowledge of Syllable’s solutions with our customers
  • Guide customers through the requirements gathering process
  • Configure and validate automation and AI solutions
  • Execute implementation best practices that help ensure long term success for our customers and Syllable

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, in thinking and execution
  • Excited to execute multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Capable of wearing multiple hats
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Travel up to 50% post COVID-19 restrictions
  • Great to have one or more of:
    • Experience in healthcare systems or telephony
    • Experience with software for, and powered by, large datasets
    • Experience in the translation of business workflows
    • Experience implementing modern cloud-based applications
    • Experience using SQL
