Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for the solution deploys of our automation and AI healthcare solutions. You will be a cross functional and integral part of the customer facing team that helps translate our solutions into reality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to a team that consistently delivers on schedule and quality from kick-off to production
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Resolve deployment roadblocks
  • Execute project and implementation best practices
  • Deliver your knowledge of Syllable’s solutions to our customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Configure and validate automation and AI solutions
  • Conduct customer knowledge transfers through collateral for customers by writing documentation; providing support and help


  • Excited to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Capable of wearing multiple hats
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable working in the grey
  • Travel up to 50% post COVID-19 restrictions

Great to have one or more of:

  • Experience in healthcare systems or telephony
  • Experience with software for, and powered by, large datasets
  • Experience translating business workflows and customer requests.
  • Experience implementing modern cloud-based applications
  • Experience using SQL
  • 3-5 years experience in project management
  • PMP certification
